Due to the recent rainy and cool weather, the City of Ottawa is asking residents, rental contract holders and organizers of large public events to stay off all municipal baseball diamonds and sports fields.

Anticipated Wednesday, May 1, ball diamond openings will be delayed and will begin opening gradually on Saturday, May 4. Conditions are being assessed daily and permit holders will receive a direct notification regarding their rental permits.
