A. Resolution - To endorse the program for the City of Gloucester 150th Anniversary Celebrations. (Liz Fauteux, Manager, Celebration 2000, ext. 4259).

13. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
A. Resolution - To adopt the Committee's recommendation regarding a request for a conduct brief level of legal services for an appeal to the Ontario Municipal Board by Canril Corporation, for property located at the southeast corner of Blair and Innes Roads, and to direct staff to hire a planning consultant (Debbie Shiells, Planner, ext. 4243).
B. Resolution - To adopt the Committee's recommendation regarding a request for a conduct brief level of legal services for an appeal to the Ontario Municipal Board regarding the new Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 333 of 1999 (Debbie Shiells, Planner, ext. 4243).
C. Resolution - To enact the following by-laws:
By-law No. 7 of 2000; To adopt the Committee's recommendation regarding final acceptance of 4M-931 Plan of Subdivision for the Sunfort Subdivision located on Sunwood Crescent (Joe Mitchell, Municipal Inspector, ext. 4165).
By-law No. 19 of 2000; To adopt the Committee's recommendation regarding authority to execute a minor variance agreement relating to Committee of Adjustment application A9923 for property located at 4610 Baseline Road (Cathlyn Kaufman, Planner/Secretary-Treasurer, Committee of Adjustment, ext. 4261).

14. CORPORATE SERVICES
A. Resolution - To enact the following by-laws:
By-law No. 20 of 2000; To amend By-law No. 99 of 1995, as amended, being a By-law to appoint Municipal By-law Enforcement Officers as Peace Officers (Merrill Cutts, Deputy City Clerk, ext. 4103).

15. OPERATIONS AND FIRE
A. Resolution - To enact the following by-laws:
By-law No. 22 of 2000; To authorize entering into a Professional Services Agreement with Delcan Corporation for the provision of services related to the data collection and flow monitoring of City sewers (Kelly Martin, Manager of Capital Works, ext. 4192).
By-law No. 23 of 2000; To authorize the payback to Claridge Homes (Orléans) Inc. of the City's share of the road reconstruction works on Edgar Brault Street in Orléans (Rodney Pitchers, Head of Traffic Operations, ext. 4190).
