A. Resolution - To receive the Cyrville Road Core Area Market Study as information (Don Loguisto, Director, Economic Development, ext. 4300).
B. Resolution - To adopt the Committee's recommendation regarding a request by Gaston and Jacqueline Desjardins to waive the minor zoning application fee for 6157 Russell Road (Cathlyn Kaufman, Planner, ext. 4261).
C. Resolution - To enact the following by-laws:
By-law No. 66 of 2000; To approve the sale of City owned surplus lands located at the rear of 2626 Bank Street located on the west side of Sawmill Creek to Carleton Condominium Corporation #304 (Don Loguisto, Director, Economic Development Division, ext. 4300).
By-law No. 81 of 2000; To adopt the Committee's recommendation regarding a Site Plan application for Rogers Wireless Inc. Telecommunication Tower Installation on property located at 5345 Canotek Road (Dan Garvey, Planner, ext. 4154).By-law No. 84 of 2000; To adopt the Committee's recommendation regarding a lifting of Part Lot Control for an application by Urbandale Corporation for Lots/Blocks on Plan 4M-1019 (Giant Cedars Crescent) in Phase UA2 of the SUC (Sandra Candow, Planner, ext. 4171).
By-law No. 222-562 of 2000; To adopt the Committee's recommendation regarding a Zoning By-law Amendment request submitted by Gaston and Jacqueline Desjardins for a parcel of land-locked property located on Russell Road (Cathlyn Kaufman, Planner, ext. 4261).
By-law No. 222-563 of 2000; To adopt the Committee's recommendation regarding a Temporary Zoning application submitted by the Rideau Carleton Raceway in order to permit events in conjunction with the Gloucester Fair (Cathlyn Kaufman, Planner, ext. 4261).
By-law No. 222-564 of 2000; To adopt the Committee's recommendation regarding a Zoning By-law Amendment request submitted by Richcraft Quality Home Builders for residential land located on Spratt Road (Phase RA3 SUC) (Sandra Candow, Planner, ext. 4171).
By-law No. 85 of 2000; To adopt the Committee's recommendation regarding a site/condominium application submitted by Richcraft Quality Home Builders for property located on Harper Avenue (Dan Garvey, Planner, ext. 4154).

A. Resolution - To enact the following by-laws:
By-law No. 86 of 2000; To stop up and close a portion of the public highway known as Tenth Street, Plan 326 described as Part 1, Plan 4R,15461 (Angela Gatto, Legislative Services, ext 4107).
By-law No. 87 of 2000; To dedicate a 0.3 metre reserve described as Block 111, Plan 4M-743 as a public highway to form part of Silverbirch Street (Angela Gatto, Legislative Services, ext. 4107).
By-law No. 88 of 2000; To dedicate a 0.3 metre reserve described as Parts 3 and 4, Plan 5R-12710 as a public highway to form part of Carrière Street (Angela Gatto, Legislative Services, ext. 4107).
By-law No. 89 of 2000; To table a by-law to permit the licensing of an Exotic Animal Exhibit (Linda Anderson, Manager, Municipal Standards, ext. 4127).
By-law No. 90 of 2000; To approve the designation of the Butler House as being historically and architecturally significant, as proposed by the Gloucester Local Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee (Marlene McCracken, Committee Co-ordinator, ext. 4149).
By-law No. 91 of 2000; To levy 2000 tax rates for Community Recreation and Parks Boards, Region of Ottawa-Carleton and Education (Helen Collier, Manager, Budgets, ext. 4113).
By-law No. 92 of 2000; To amend the final 2000 tax due dates for capped classes (Karen Tippett, Treasurer, ext. 4159).

13. OPERATIONS AND FIRE
A. Resolution - To enact the following by-laws:
By-law No. 93 of 2000; To authorize the award of pavement construction contracts for work associated with parks construction and operation projects (Bill Strugnell, Director of Parks Operations, ext. 4224).
By-law No. 94 of 2000; To authorize the award of a construction contract for the works associated with the 2000 Traffic Calming Measures Program (Rodney Pitchers, Head of Traffic Operations, ext. 4190)
By-law No. 95 of 2000; To authorize the award of a contract(s) for work associated with Closed Circuit Television Inspection of portions of the City's sewer network (Kelly Martin, Manager of Capital Works, ext. 4192).
