A. Resolution - To present an appeal of a decision of the Signs Review Committee submitted by Donnelly's Ottawa Ford for property located at 2496 Bank Street (Liz Hilfrich, Chief Building Official, Community Development, ext. 4184).
B. Resolution - To authorize the renaming of 8th Line Park located in Carlsbad Springs to Harkness Park (Judy Billings, Recreation Planner, Recreation and Culture, ext. 4134).

A. Resolution - To direct the Treasurer to strike from the 2000 tax roll, realty and business taxes in the amount of $144,538.71 (plus applicable penalty and interest) (Gilles Malboeuf, Head, Tax & Assessment, ext. 4156).
B. Resolution - To receive the First Five Months Financial Report and adopt the following by-law:
By-law No. 178 of 2000; To authorize capital budget adjustments (Suzanne Bertrand, Manager, General Accounting, ext. 4263).
C. Resolution - To approve signage for turtle crossing on Dolman Ridge Road (Kim Copeland, Legislative Services, ext. 4236).
D. Resolution - To enact the following by-laws:
By-law No. 179 of 2000; To stop up and close a portion of public highway known as Notre Dame Street, described as Parts 1 to 12, Plan 4R-l5639, in the City of Gloucester (Christine Mao, Legislative Services, ext. 4107).
By-law No. 180 of 2000; To declare certain lands described as Parts 4,5 and 6, Plan 4R-15866 as surplus and authorize the conveyance of same to the abutting land owners [Kingsdale Ave.] (Christine Mao, Legislative Services, ext. 4107).
By-law No. 182 of 2000; To designate the exterior front façade of the stone house, known as the Youville Farm as historically significant (Kim Copeland, Legislative Services, ext. 4236).
By-law No. 183 of 2000; To approve a one-year extension to the Pound Services Agreement with the Human Society (Linda Anderson, Manager, Municipal Standards, ext. 4127).

By-law No. 187 of 2000; To authorize the execution of a tax arrears extension agreement pursuant to Section 8 of the Municipal Tax Sales Act in connection with Parcel 19-1, Section Gloucester-4, Rideau Front, being part of the South Half of Lot 19, Concession 4, Rideau Front, designated as Part 2 on Plan 4R-7076, municipally known as (vacant land - Bank Street) (Gilles Malboeuf, Head, Tax & Assessment, ext. 4156).

B. Resolution - To enact the following by-law:
By-law No. 204 of 2000; To amend the City's Traffic and Parking By-law No.1 of 1996 with respect to:
(i) establishing a section to regulate the activities of tow truck operators in the vicinity of accidents and;
(ii) establishing "No Parking" zones on Amyot Avenue, Ethier Avenue and Roslyn Avenue in Orléans (Rodney Pitchers, Head of Traffic Operations, ext. 4190).
By-law No. 209 of 2000; To consider a request for multi-way stop controls on Blair Road (Rodney Pitchers, Head of Traffic Operations, ext. 4190).
