b)                  A by-law of the City of Ottawa to set the instalment due dates and the interest and penalty rates applicable to the collection of property taxes for 2007.

 

c)                  A by-law of the City of Ottawa to amend By-law No. 2003-527 respecting a schedule of retention periods for certain records of the City of Ottawa.

 

d)                  A by-law of the City of Ottawa to designate certain lands on Bradwell Way, Cedar Creek Drive, Kelly Farm Drive, Albion Road and Bank Street, as being exempt from Part Lot Control.

 

e)                  A by-law of the City of Ottawa to designate 43-55 Evelyn Avenue, as being exempt from Part Lot Control.

q)                  A by-law of the City of Ottawa to amend By-law No. 1-84 of the former City of Cumberland to change the zoning for the properties known municipally as 241, 255, 265, 281 and 311 Centrum Boulevard and 3301 and 3277 St. Joseph Boulevard.

 

r)                   A by-law of the City of Ottawa to amend By-law No. 1-84 of the former City of Cumberland to change the zoning for part of the property known municipally as 311 Centrum Boulevard and the property known municipally as 3301 St. Joseph Boulevard.

 

s)                   A by-law of the City of Ottawa to amend By-law No. 40-99 of the former Township of Goulbourn to change the zoning for the property known municipally as part of 5264 Fernbank Road.

 

t)                    A by-law of the City of Ottawa to amend By-law No. 333 of 1999 of the former City of Gloucester to change the zoning for the property known municipally as 3515 Albion Road.

 

u)                  A by-law of the City of Ottawa to amend By-law No. 1-84 of the former City of Cumberland to change the zoning for the properties known municipally as part of 2299 and part of 2413 Tenth Line Road.

 

v)                  A by-law of the City of Ottawa to amend By-law Number 93-98 of the former City of Ottawa to change the zoning for the properties known municipally as 137 Beechwood Avenue and 143 Putman Avenue, and to change the requirements of the CN13 subzone and to amend By-law No. 2380 of the former City of Vanier to change the height requirement for the east half of 92 Beechwood Avenue, and to change the zoning requirements of the R4.194 zone and the C1/D zone.

 

w)                A by-law of the City of Ottawa to repeal zoning By-law Number 52-2000 which amended By-law Number 40-99 of the former Township of Goulbourn..

 

x)                  A by-law of the City of Ottawa to designate part of Riverside Villas as exempt from Part Lot Control.

 

y)                  A by-law of the City of Ottawa to amend By-law 2006-273 to appoint Municipal Law Enforcement Officers with respect to parking infractions on City Streets and City Property.

 

z)                   A by-law of the City of Ottawa to amend By-law No. 2004-60 to appoint Municipal Law Enforcement Officers in accordance with private property parking enforcement.
