Special Meeting Called by His Worship Mayor O’Brien to hear comments from Members of Council regarding the summons.

The Council of the City of Ottawa met at Andrew S. Haydon Hall, 110 Laurier Avenue West, Ottawa, on 10 December 2007.

The Mayor, Larry O’Brien, presided and the Clerk led Council in prayer.

ALL MEMBERS WERE PRESENT EXCEPT FOR COUNCILLOR R. CHIARELLI.
