Pursuant to Subsection 14 (1) (a) of Procedure By-law 2006-462, a special City Council meeting called by His Worship Mayor Watson will be convened in Andrew S. Haydon Hall beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 19 January 2011, on matters related to the tabling of the 2011 Draft Operating and Capital budgets (and associated reports) and the 2011 budgets of the Ottawa Police Services Board and the Ottawa Public Library Board; the FTE Analysis Report - Information Supplemental to the Budget Estimates and, by-laws authorized by reports being presented or previously adopted reports and by-laws authorized by the Delegation of Authority By-law.

As such, this email constitutes notice of this special meeting to all Members of Council in accordance with Subsection 14 (4) of the Procedure By-law.

Conformément à l’alinéa 14 (1) (a) du Règlement de procédure 2006-462, Son Honneur le maire Watson a convoqué une réunion extraordinaire du Conseil dans la salle Andrew-S.-Haydon à partir de 10 h le mercredi 19 janvier 2011 afin de traiter de questions liées au dépôt des budgets préliminaires de fonctionnement et d’immobilisations pour 2011 (et des rapports connexes) ainsi que du budget de 2011 de la Commission de services policiers d’Ottawa et du Conseil d’administration de la Bibliothèque publique d’Ottawa; le Rapport d'analyse des ETP - Renseignements supplémentaires aux prévisions budgétaires; et des règlements autorisés par les rapports présentés ou adoptés précédemment et des règlements autorisés en fonction du règlement sur la délégation de pouvoirs.

À ce titre, ce courriel fait office d’avis de cette réunion extraordinaire à tous les membres du Conseil conformément au paragraphe 14 (4) du Règlement de procédure.
