That Council accept soils at the Trail Road Landfill Facility for 272-274 Bradley Road and 297-299-307 Montreal Road without the application of a tipping fee to facilitate the expansion of the Wabano Aboriginal Health Centre.

2. APPLICATION TO ALTER 52-54 BOLTON STREET IN THE LOWERTOWN WEST HERITAGE CONSERVATION DISTRICT

1. Approve the alteration of 52-54 Bolton Street in the Lowertown West Heritage Conservation District according to plans submitted by Douglas Hardie Architect on December 17, 2010 and included as Documents 7 and 8.
2. Issue the heritage permit with a two-year expiry date from the date of issuance.
3. Delegate authority for minor design changes to the General Manager of the Planning and Growth Management Department.
(Note: The statutory 90-day timeline for consideration of this application under the Ontario Heritage Act will expire on March 15, 2011)
(Note: Approval to Alter this property under the Ontario Heritage Act must not be construed to meet the requirements for the issuance of a building permit.)
3. APPLICATION TO DEMOLISH 340 MCLEOD STREET, A PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CENTRETOWN HERITAGE CONSERVATION DISTRICT

Approve the application to demolish 340 McLeod Street, a property located in the Centretown Heritage Conservation District and designated under Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act, in accordance with the application submitted by Natalie Hughes, FoTenn Consultants Inc. received on December 6, 2010.
2. Issue the Heritage Permit with a two-year expiry date from the date of issuance.
(Note: The statutory 90-day timeline for consideration of this application under the Ontario Heritage Act will expire on March 9, 2011)
