In accordance with Section 83(1)(a) of
Procedure By-law No. 2006-462, the Chairs of the Transportation Committee and
the Transit Committee have called a Special Joint Meeting to receive
information and discuss the transportation and transit issues relating to the
Lansdowne Park Partnership proposal.
The Lansdowne Development Transportation Strategy prepared for Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group by Delcan, dated 28 August 2009, is appended for your background information. It had been previously distributed to Council on 2 September 2009 as part of it’s consideration of the Proposed Lansdowne Park Partnership Plan.
CONSULTATION
This item will be advertised in the local dailies as part of the Public Meeting Advertisement on Friday preceding the Joint Committee meeting.
