That Transportation Committee receive the following reports for information:

· Transit and Shuttle Service Plan, Lansdowne Revitalization;

· Traffic and Parking Management Plan, Lansdowne Revitalization; and

· Transportation Demand Management Plan, Lansdowne Revitalization.

RECEIVED

DIRECTIONS TO STAFF:

1. That staff report back to Transportation Committee (once Lansdowne Park is operational) on whether the Transportation Demand Study modeling reflects the operation of the site.

2. That staff present a briefing, for information purposes, to the Transit Commission on the Lansdowne Transportation Plans.

3. That staff investigate the accessibility issues with respect to Lansdowne raised by the Accessibility Advisory Committee at the March 7^th Transportation Committee meeting and respond to TRC members with their findings via memo.

4. That staff create a Lansdowne Transportation Monitoring Advisory Committee, to include the ward Councillor and Chair of the City’s Transportation Committee, to help monitor parking and traffic management issues associated with the site; and that staff report back to TRC members via memo on the creation, composition and role of this group.
