The Seismology Survey Building, known as Building 7, is a rectangular three-storey brick structure with a flat roof. The facility was built between 1913 and 1914 and is associated with the history of geophysical research and earthquake monitoring. Its construction reflected the expansion of the federal role in pure and applied research to enhance the country's scientific and economic development.
