SPAM Reduction Initiative
As of August 25, 2006, in keeping with standard Internet practices for large organizations, the City of Ottawa offers an e-mail form to contact city employees rather than publishing e-mail addresses on the City's website. The move to a Web form-based system is in response to the growing number of unsolicited, undesired bulk e-mail messages - or SPAM.
In order to send an attachment, you must first use the e-mail form to send a message to the chosen recipient. When the recipient responds by e-mail, you can then reply to that e-mail address along with an attached document.
