Property Tax Estimator


The property tax estimator will give you an estimate of what your total annual property taxes could be. This useful tool is intended for the convenience of property owners; however, you should remember that it only provides you with an estimate. The estimator will calculate taxes based on the area you choose and the services selected.

    This charge represents the public transit service level applicable to your area.

    Delivery of fire services provided in the urban areas by full-time firefighters or in the rural areas by volunteer forces.

    These charges represent the residential curb or multi-residential bin container services for solid waste (garbage) collection and disposal costs
  4. Additional Surcharge

      This is a special charge for some residents primarily in Richmond and Carp who have sewer service but are not connected to communal water.

    Excluding minor local area charges applicable to specific areas.

    Enter the assessment (total current value) of your property as shown on your last Tax Bill or Assessment Notice. If you do not know your assessment , try searching for your property on the Municipal Property Assessment corporation (mpac) website.
