Citizen Satisfaction Survey Report

The Citizen Satisfaction Survey Report contains the results of a scientific survey of residents on satisfaction with City services, service priorities and funding options for services. The survey, new this year, was part of the public consultations that will shape budget recommendations to be debated by Council later this month.

The survey of 1,000 Ottawa residents is considered to be representative of the entire population, accurate within 3 percentage points nineteen times out of twenty. You can view online the following documents.
