Citizen Satisfaction Survey Report 2007


The Citizen Satisfaction Survey Report contains the results of a scientific survey of residents on satisfaction with City services, service priorities and funding options for services.

The study was conducted to achieve the following objectives:

  • Provide public opinion as one input to Council Priority Setting in April 2007;
  • Gauge citizen satisfaction with the City and its programs;
  • Understand citizens’ opinions about relative funding priorities;
  • Determine the level of satisfaction with the City’s fiscal management including accountability, responsibility and transparency.

The survey of 1,002 Ottawa residents is considered to be representative of the entire population, accurate within 3 percentage points. You can view online the following documents:
