3 Estimated Serviceable Population is the population whose residences
are within access of existing broadband infrastructure and are able to obtain
service upon request. Some of these people may already be broadband subscribers.
4 Note that only the rural component of Stittsville is considered
here. The majority of Stittsville's population is considered urban for City
planning purposes.
