A Temporary Encroachment Permit may be required for construction related activities, outdoor patios, and customer service boxes.

Construction related: Applicants are construction companies, contractors or residents requiring the right of way for the temporary placement of containers, stockpiling materials, and vehicles used in the construction process

Outdoor Patio: Applicants are business operators using the sidewalk space adjacent to the place of business as an outdoor patio.

Customer Service Boxes: provide free or paid publications to customers from independent boxes situated on the City's right-of-way.
