Council and committee agendas and minutes

For upcoming Council and Standing Committee meetings use E-Agenda. You can search meeting materials, see voting records, or listen to or view standing committee audiocasts and Council webcasts. Please note that Internet Explorer and Silverlight are required for the meeting audio and video.

Upcoming meetings of the Ottawa Board of Health, Ottawa Police Services Board (link is external), Ottawa Public Library Board (link is external) and Committee of Adjustment can also be found in E-Agenda.

Please note that the E-Agenda page will soon have a new look and functionality. The City of Ottawa is implementing an interim media streaming solution to address previously identified technical issues. This interim solution will allow access to the Council and Committee Meetings page across a wider variety of devices and web browsers, and access the audio/video of those meetings, where available.

Try out the new Council and Committee Page or access the Council webcasts or committee audiocasts directly through YouTube. To access this content, you will need:

  • Most recent version of Google Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge, or Safari
  • Operating system: Windows 7+, Mac OS X 10.7+, or Ubuntu 10+
  • Internet connection with 1+ Mbps
