Greely Community Design Plan

Council approved amendments to the Greely Community Design Plan on May 23, 2012. Work is underway to incorporate the amendments in the text of the Plan. An updated Plan including the amendments will be posted shortly. In the interim, the amended Greely CDP is available here. Staff Report

This document is the Council approved guide to the long-term growth and development of the Greely. The Community Design Plan provides guidelines for the day-to-day decision-making on land use planning and sets out the community's priorities for the future.
