This home provides supportive housing for hard to serve chronically homeless women who require intensive care. Housing, health and social supports are provided for 20 senior women and 22 younger women on a 24 hour basis. An “aging in place” program provided by Inner City Health will permit homeless women to access the health and social supports required to live with dignity and belonging.
