The southbound lanes of Waller Street will be closed from Daly Ave to the Mackenzie King Bridge, starting on the evening of Friday, March 17. The closure will facilitate the installation of a portable crane that will be used to disassemble the tower crane at 2 Daly Avenue. These lane closures will be in place until late evening on Sunday, March 19.
Signed detours will be in place for motorists and cyclists during the closure. Pedestrian access will not be affected by the construction, access to businesses will be maintained, and there will be no changes to OC Transpo routes or stops.
