Aqua Boot Camp - High Intensity, complete body workout and conditioning.
Aqua General – Medium to high intensity total body workout.
Aqua TMC: Aqua total muscle conditioning is a medium to high intensity muscle focused class. This program uses the water as the primary training tool with the option of using props for building muscular strength and endurance. All major muscle groups will be targeted providing a total body workout experience
Aqua Turbo/Sculpt – High intensity focussing on cardiovascular strength and endurance.
Aqua Lite – Low intensity suitable for varied clients; retired adults, arthritic sufferers, and those with non-specific back or joint difficulties.
Aqua Zumba – Inspired by Latin and International dance moves, Aqua Zumba offers all the fun and spice of Zumba with the gentle support of the water
