Hours of operation

The Contact Centre is open Monday through Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm. Only urgent calls such as broken water mains, traffic lights not functioning, or bylaw services such as noise complaints, parking enforcement or animal control services will be accepted outside of business hours.

*Urgent calls would include issues such as:
a broken water main, no water, sewer back-up, flooding, defective traffic lights, stop or merge signs knocked down, discarded needles, hate graffiti and health issues such as outbreaks.
