Government Service Centre
Ottawa is home to two Government Service Centres – your one-stop service centres for convenient access to information or services from one or more of the three levels of government.
Many of these services are also available electronically on the ServiceOntario and Service Canada Web sites.
The Government Service Centre in Ottawa is located at the main level of Ottawa City Hall, 110 Laurier Avenue West. Hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. The Government Service Centre in Ottawa offers services from the government of Canada, the government of Ontario and the City of Ottawa. A list of the services and information offered by each level of government available to you at the centre is provided below.
The Government Service Centre in Kanata is located at the main level of 580 Terry Fox Drive. Hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. The Centre in Kanata offers services from the government of Ontario and the City of Ottawa. A list of the services and information offered by each level of government available to you at the centre is provided below.

Note that Annual passes can only be purchased at OC Transpo Sales and Information Centres.
