The panel consists of City staff, one elected Official and members of the community at large. Each member evaluates the project based on its technical and environmental merits. Panel members are subject to the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act. Review ProcessPanel members will look over your application in advance. At this time, they will also examine any support material submitted with your application. During the review meetings, the panel will discuss and prioritize the applications before allocating grants.
