Winter Operations and Noise The City recognizes that noise during nighttime hours can be an inconvenience to residents and we make all attempts to minimize noise. This operation is undertaken during the night when there is minimal vehicular and pedestrian traffic to disrupt, and to help ensure that the road transportation network is clear for morning commuter traffic. |
