Reporting Defective Parking Equipment

Record the machine number and report the issue immediately by calling 3-1-1 or by e-mail at 311@ottawa.ca. You may be eligible for a Parking Infraction Notice (PIN) if you have parked at a:

• Defective meter which is not posting any time
  
• Pay & Display station that hasn't issued you a parking stub

To avoid committing a parking infraction, find an alternate parking space immediately.
