Cash-in-lieu of Parking Review
The City of Ottawa is in the process of reviewing the cash-in-lieu of parking process that is currently in place in the former cities of Ottawa and Vanier. This policy primarily affects downtown properties and neighbourhoods.
The consultation process is now complete, and staff will finalize the preferred option and bring forward a report with recommendations for modifying the cash-in-lieu of parking process to Planning and Environment Committee and City Council. The preferred option will be in place by the Spring of 2010.
