This detailed design is being undertaken in accordance with the Terry Fox Drive Class – Richardson Side Road to Second Line Road Environmental Assessment Addendum completed in 2007. A public open house will be held to present the detailed design and to receive public comment. Terry Fox Drive Temporary Construction Road Environmental AssessmentThe City proposes to temporarily realign Goulbourn Forced Road immediately west of Innovation Drive to accommodate the future construction of Terry Fox Drive between March Road and Richardson Side Road. Phases 1 and 2 of the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment are being initiated to develop alternative alignments or an alternative intersection treatment for the intersection of Goulbourn Forced Road/Innovation Drive/Flamborough Drive in order to identify the preferred solution for this section of Goulbourn Forced Road. Ultimately, Goulbourn Forced Road is to be constructed in its ultimate alignment west of the Trillium Woods. You are invited4 to 7 pm The project is being planned under Schedule B of the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment. In accordance with the Class EA process, a Public Open House will be held to provide further information to the public regarding the alternatives and the preferred alternative for the temporary construction road and to receive input and comment from interested persons.
