A prime example of 1930s Art Deco, built primarily of materials from Quebec and France (Bourgogne and St. Quentin). Architectural highlights inside include a replica of the Vimy Memorial, tapestries, bronze doors, the Birch Room, decorations by André Bizette-Lindet, a mural by Alfred Courmes, and historical wall engravings. Colourized photo exhibition "The Great War in Colour. No strollers, backpacks, or metal objects. Photography limited. Pre-registration required at between May 15 and June 2, 2018. A limited number of passes are available on a first come, first serve basis (last admission at 5 pm - closed from noon to 1 p.m.). No food or drink.
