Job Summary

The mailroom summer students will assist in the provision of mail services.

Education & Experience

High School Student.

Less than four (4) months of related experience is required.

Must have some related experience, including:

Language, Certificates & Licenses

English oral, reading, writing required.
French oral, reading, writing may be required for some positions.
Candidates must meet language requirement for position upon hire.

Students must supply own CSA-approved, green patch safety work boots.

A valid Ontario unrestricted "G" class driver’s license (or provincial equivalent) with no more than 6 demerit points accumulated.


Knowledge of, and familiarity with, general office procedures

Competencies & Skills

Good inter-personal skills and a willingness to learn;

Good computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word and some Excel;

Ability to read and write quickly;

Ability to lift object weighing up to 50 lbs.
