As of August 25, 2006, in keeping with standard Internet practices for large organizations, the City of Ottawa offers an e-mail form to contact city employees rather than publishing e-mail addresses on the City’s website. The move to a Web form-based system is in response to the growing number of unsolicited, undesired bulk e-mail messages — or SPAM. We welcome your feedback on this pilot project.
