The City’s Corporate Real Estate Office (CREO) undertakes the disposal of real property in accordance with the Disposal of Real Property Policy.


The Community Champions Program gives businesses, organizations and individuals the opportunity to create a lasting legacy of community improvement while taking advantage of the unique marketing opportunities that only our City can provide.

Public-Private Partnerships (P3s) are legal agreements between government and private-sector entities for the purpose of providing public infrastructure, community facilities and related services. Typically, the partners share risks, responsibility and reward in a shared investment.

The City's Supply Branch administers purchasing activities averaging more than $1 billion annually, in accordance with the City of Ottawa Purchasing By-law and established policies and procedures.
