Councillor Chiarelli noted that he had initiated a Court challenge, and had received confirmation that the Divisional Court would be scheduling a case conference to set a timetable for exchange of materials, and to schedule a hearing date. In light of this legal challenge, Councillor Chiarelli indicated he had been advised to say nothing further in relation to the Integrity Commissioner’s report.
