All three rural Client Service Centres will be open on Thursday, June 16, the final day for property owners to pay their property tax bill of 2022.

In-person services will then officially resume at our rural Client Service Centre locations effective the week of June 20, after having been temporarily closed due to the pandemic.

Moving forward, the three rural locations will each be open one day per week from 8:30 am to 4 pm, according to the following schedule:

  • Tuesdays: Metcalfe Client Service Centre, 8243 Victoria Street
  • Wednesdays: West Carleton Client Service Centre, 5670 Carp Road
  • Thursdays: North Gower Client Service Centre, 2155 Roger Stevens Drive

We strongly recommend that clients schedule an appointment on ottawa.ca/csc. Walk-ins will be accepted between 8:30 am and 4 pm but priority will be given to scheduled appointments.

In addition to the in-person option, residents can continue to access services online or by phone by calling 3-1-1 or 613-580-2400 and selecting option 5, after selecting their preferred language.

For more information on City programs and services, visit ottawa.ca, call 3-1-1 (TTY: 613-580-2401) or 613-580-2400 to contact the City using Canada Video Relay Service. You can also connect with us through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
