One of the design objectives of the proposed facility is to ensure that it does not raise water levels in the upstream storm water conveyance system. Consequently the design work requires a hydrologic and hydraulic model of the baseline condition for the system, so that the impact of the facility on water levels can be assessed. The intent of the work documented in this report was to consolidate the previous models, fill data gaps as necessary, and use this information to prepare and evaluate a baseline hydrologic/hydraulic model for the entire system, which can then be used in the design of the proposed Foster SMF.
