Development Charges Amendment Background Study-Leitrim Stormwater Facilities
The City is currently updating the Area-Specific Development Charge for the Leitrim-South Urban Centre. This is required in order to reflect the updated cost of the expansion of Pond 1, the construction of Pond 2 and related works.
An amended By-law will be provided to Planning Committee on January 23, 2018 and Council on February 14, 2018.
