The meeting on Monday, March 29, 2021 is to present a Plan of Subdivision application to develop the subject lands with a residential subdivision.
The Owner, DCR Phoenix Group of Companies, is proposing to subdivide its 4.8-ha. site within the Cardinal Creek Village community into various development blocks to accommodate 423 mid-rise apartment dwellings, 32 stacked townhouse dwellings and 37 townhouse dwellings, a 0.38-ha. park block and a single dead-end public road ascending the challenging site grade from Old Montreal Road. Two private roads are proposed, one of which intersects Old Montreal Road directly opposite Famille-Laporte Avenue. Road modifications to Old Montreal Road related to the subdivision application are proposed.
