Meeting details

The meeting on Thursday, December 9, 2021, is to present a Zoning By-law Amendment and Plan of Subdivision application that is seeking permission from the City of Ottawa to rezone portions of the subject lands and to create a subdivision consisting of development blocks on public streets. The blocks located at the intersection of Brian Coburn and Navan Road are intended to be used for commercial activities such as a gas station, restaurant, and a retail store. The blocks front onto Brian Coburn Boulevard are planned to have four (4) low-rise apartment buildings, two of which will have commercial space on the ground floor. The interior of the site will have 69 on-street townhouse units and another low-rise apartment block at the corner of Pagé Road and Navan Road.
