Riverside South Development Corporation subdivision is located at part of 4650 Spratt Road, 4800 Spratt Road and an unaddressed parcel between River Road and Southbridge Road, City file number D07-16-17-0023

Claridge subdivision is located at 807 River Road and 4720 Spratt Road, City file number D07-16-17-0032

2356349 Limited Partnership subdivision is located at part of  673 Rideau Road, City file number D07-16-17-0024

The proposed road modifications include widening of River Road to provide southbound left turn lanes at each of the three proposed intersections (Borbridge Avenue, Street No. 5 and Street No. 7). The existing paved shoulders will be reinstated as part of the reconstructed roadway. New bus stops and shelters are expected to be provided at locations to be determined. Sidewalks are proposed on the corners of each intersection to provide a pedestrian connection between the community and bus stops along River Road. Roadside ditches will be realigned and regraded within the limits of the road modifications. There may be additional modifications, if determined appropriate, at the time of detailed designing phase/stage.
