Community Plan for the Village of Constance Bay

Council approved amendments to the Constance Bay Community Design Plan on May 23, 2012. Work is underway to incorporate the amendments in the text of the Plan. An updated Plan including the amendments will be posted shortly. In the interim, the amended Constance Bay CDP is available.  Staff Report. 

This document is the Council approved guide to the long-term growth and development of the Constance Bay. The Community Design Plan provides guidelines for the day-to-day decision-making on land use planning and sets out the community's priorities for the future.
