City to cheer on 67s with flag-raising

Ottawa – Mayor Jim Watson, Councillor Jody Mitic, the City of Ottawa’s Sports Commissioner, and representatives from the Ottawa 67s hockey club will raise the 67s flag at City Hall to cheer on the hometown team as they prepare to play in the Ontario Hockey League playoffs.

The 67s will travel to Niagara Falls this week to begin their run for the Memorial Cup. Their next home game, at TD Place Arena at Lansdowne, will be Monday, March 28 at 3 p.m.
