Give feedback on the Vehicle-for-Hire Accessibility Fund

Tell the City how you think it should allocate more than $450,000 in the Vehicle-for-Hire Accessibility Fund.

Public consultations will take place at City Hall, 110 Laurier Avenue West, on Tuesday, January 30 and Friday, February 16. There will be three sessions each day:

  • 9:30 am to noon
  • 1:30 pm to 4 pm
  • 5:30 pm to 8 pm

Register to attend by 4:30 pm on Monday, January 15.

If you cannot attend, you can still share your suggestions through an online survey, starting Wednesday, January 24.

The City must use the fund, which is generated by voluntary surcharges from private transportation companies, to promote and foster accessible transportation for persons who have physical disabilities and that require the use of a mobility device.
