Renewable Recreation Funding Program

Please note: You must download and save the form onto your computer and then open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader to complete it. The form allows users to enter and save information. There are some fields that will auto-calculate and self-populate.

Any information added to the form, prior to saving it to your computer, through a web browser will be lost when the form is downloaded, printed, or saved.

Deadline: Tuesday, January 30, 2024, 4 pm.

For 2024, the Funding Submission has to be completed and received by the Recreation Funding Unit no later than Tuesday, January 30, 2024, 4 pm.

Please complete the 2024 Funding Submission Report form, and submit via options 1 or 2 as described below. For 2024, the Funding Submission has to be completed and received by the Recreation Funding Unit no later than Tuesday, January 30, 2024, 4 pm. 

Option 1 (Preferred): You may send us a link to download your Submission and attachments through an online file storage site such as Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. All submitted documents must be in a minimum font of 12 points. Clearly identify your organization name and ensure that permission to download has been provided.

Option 2: You may email the completed submission to rec-info@ottawa.ca. Please ensure that the subject line contains the name of your organization, e.g.; ABC Company - 2024 Funding Submission. The total size limit for incoming email attachments is 15 MB. Please try to send in one email if possible, however, if it is too large please send two emails and use the subject line ABC Company - 2024 Funding Submission Part 2. It is your responsibility to ensure that the document is sent. You will receive an email that the document has been received by our inbox.
