The existing works yard located at 2035 Trim Road will be expanded to provide facilities for city roads operations. The expanded facilities will include snow and salt storage, a fuelling station for city vehicles, 8 bays of ‘drive through’ garages for service vehicles, an administration area, a staff parking, and a service vehicle compound. This facility will be for city operations only, and will not be a public venue.
The purpose of this open house is to inform the public of the work and answer any questions on the works yard design. Councillor Stephen Blais and City staff will be available to answer questions.
