When submitting requests and payments for any of the following (see items in bullets below) by mail or in person, please send to/visit:

1445 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, ON K1Z 7L9. In Person is by appointment only, contact 613-580-2860 ext.15371 or FirePrevention@ottawa.ca to book an appointment. All mail should be addressed “Attn to Fire Prevention” and cheques made payable to the City of Ottawa.
