I Want the Moon

This set of 12 sails is made of several layers of knotted nylon dyed in various shades of yellow, orange, red and blue. Overlapping one another, the sails create new colours; the contrasting colours of the ropes highlight their size and triangular shape. The sails, all sewn by hand, glow warmly in the light, casting reflections in snow and setting the pyramid on fire by night.
