Walk-ins
Walk-ins are accepted on a first come first serve basis between 8:30 am and 4:15 pm. Due to limited space, a maximum of four clients will be permitted inside the facility at once. As such, a line-up may be formed outside the building.
Client service centre
Walk-ins will be accepted between 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.

- West Carleton Client Service Centre, 5670 Carp Road (open Wednesday)
- North Gower Client Service Centre, 2155 Roger Stevens Drive (open Thursday)
Payment drop-boxes
You can pay in person by dropping off a cheque at one of the secure payment drop-boxes located outside the main entrances of the following locations:
- Laurier Client Service Centre, 110 Laurier Avenue West
- Nepean Client Service Centre, 101 Centrepointe Drive
- Kanata Client Service Centre, 580 Terry Fox Drive
- Orleans Client Service Centre, 255 Centrum Boulevard
Ensure that the amount on the cheque reflects the exact amount owing, and business license reference number. Note that payments are processed on business days only.
