Description
Three clay sculptures recognize the history of the Billings Bridge neighbourhood:
- Members of the Billings family working in the garden
- A panoramic view of an early bridge across the Rideau River allowing settlers to cross the river and sell their wares at the Bytown Market; this image depicts the Village of Billings Bridge and the Billings family farm
- The opening celebrations of a new bridge which still exists today
