Gazebo, picnic shelter and tent (Trio) - Cumberland Heritage Village Museum

Cumberland Heritage Village Museum is a recreated 1920s and 30s village offering a vintage rural setting just 30 minutes from downtown Ottawa. With dozens of historic and true-to-era buildings, acres of greenspace, and gardens, the Museum provides a nostalgic backdrop for your special occasion.

The “trio” offers a charming location for outdoor weddings and celebrations. The space features a replica turn-of-the-century bandstand, marquee tent, and picnic shelter. The picnic shelter and marquee tent each measure 30’ x 50’. The picnic shelter has a concrete pad floor, while the tent has compressed gravel. The tent and picnic shelter can seat up to 150 people with tables and chairs. However, capacity varies based on seating arrangement. Apart from the bandstand, which includes a small set of stairs, this space is accessible.

The grounds of Cumberland Heritage Village Museum are also a local park enjoyed by visitors and neighbours. The museum cannot prohibit casual use of the site but does guarantee that only one event will be scheduled at any given time.
